Apartment 505 is a beautifully appointed three bedroom penthouse apartment with air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout.
Space
There is a spacious living area with a flat screen cable TV and sound system that opens straight on to the dining patio and the beautiful views beyond. The kitchen is very modern and fully equipped.
The bedrooms are generous and both the master bedroom and bedroom 2 have bathrooms en suite and cable TV, while Bedroom 3 has access to a full bathroom across the hall.
Guests may enjoy the use of the two community pools as well as the on-site fitness center. In addition, for the golfer at heart, we are located just a short drive away from the Barbados Golf Club, where preferential rates may be available.

Cancellation Policy
We require 60 days notice in writing prior to arrival for a full refund of deposits paid.
If we receive notice in writing less than 60 days prior to arrival the entire rental is forfeited.
Should a booking made less than 45 days prior to arrival be canceled, the entire amount paid is forfeited.
In the event that the specific villa confirmed is unavailable, every effort will be made to offer the same or a better alternative of equal or higher standard. If a suitable property cannot be found, a full refund will be issued.
If after payment you are unable to fulfill the terms of the rental agreement, the full rental fee will be retained. However, should the villa be re-let for the same or longer dates, the rental fee may be partially refunded.
Refunds
In the case of refunds due to booking cancellation, the cost of bank charges and currency exchange fluctuations will be absorbed by the client.
Travel Insurance
We recommend that you and all members of your party have adequate travel insurance in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
