The Space
This stunning five-bedroom home is ideally located with private access to Gibbs Beach. Boasting an expansive terrace surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, you’ll have no trouble finding the perfect place to relax on a lounge chair. For additional shade, retreat beneath one of the sun umbrellas.
The in-ground pool sits at the center of the terrace and is perfect for cooling off after sunbathing. Enjoy alfresco dining in the gazebo just off the terrace, furnished with a large dining table ideal for memorable outdoor meals. For indoor downtime, the villa features a spacious media room equipped with surround sound and a plasma TV.
The two-level villa offers high-end furnishings and vibrant Caribbean artwork throughout. The living room flows seamlessly onto the terrace and is styled with elegant sofas, comfortable armchairs, and tasteful décor. Bright and modern, the fully equipped kitchen includes custom-designed cabinetry, a dining table for ten, and full air-conditioning for added comfort.
The villa accommodates a maximum of 10 guests across five bedrooms. Four bedrooms are located in the main house, while the fifth suite is set in a separate cottage. The main house bedrooms are situated on the upper level, and three feature private balconies with pool, garden, and sea views. All bedrooms include private en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning.
Just steps away, the white sands of Gibbs Beach can be accessed through a private gate on the property — the perfect place to spend the day relaxing on comfortable lounge chairs while watching the waves.
Transit
Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI) is approximately 32 miles away (driving times vary depending on traffic).

- Guests must be at least 21 years old to book
- An official ID may be required at check-in or during your stay
- Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property
- No smoking inside the home. Failure to comply will result in a $300 fine
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10:00 PM. Please respect the neighbors
- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs incurred during their stay

Cancellation Policy
We require 60 days’ written notice prior to arrival to issue a refund of deposits paid.
If written notice is received less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount will be forfeited.
For cancellations resulting in refunds, any bank charges and currency exchange fluctuations will be the responsibility of the client.
We strongly recommend that you and all members of your party obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
