Rental rates are subject to 10% levy and 10% service charge.
All villas are subject to a USD $500 security deposit, along with an incidental hold of USD $50 per day, which will be pre-authorised on the guest’s credit card upon arrival at Apes Hill.
Stays of 8 nights or more include a complimentary one-day in-villa premium chef experience. Guests may choose one meal period (breakfast, lunch, or dinner) with groceries included from a list of pre-set menus. This is a one-time experience for up to 8 guests and cannot be split over multiple days.
