Residents can also join the Sunset Crest Beach Club, a short stroll away, for a members’ pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea, sun loungers and shaded seating, changing rooms and showers, poolside Wi-Fi and the beachfront boardwalk towards Holetown Beach. Annual membership is subject to the club’s terms. From morning coffee in Holetown to afternoons by the sea and dinner at the West Coast’s best-known restaurants, everything is within easy reach.
Tramonto is offered off plan, with Founder Member pricing available until 30 November 2026. A residence can be reserved with a deposit that is fully refundable until the Sale and Purchase Agreement is signed, and is then credited towards the initial 10% payment, followed by agreed stage payments. Financing packages and flexible payment arrangements may be available, subject to developer approval. Construction is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2027, with completion anticipated in the third quarter of 2029 and handover in the fourth quarter of 2029.
