• At mobilization of each building twenty percent
• Upon completion of the precast structure of each building thirty percent
• Two months after completion of the precast structure twenty percent
• Four months after completion of the precast structure ten percent
• Six months after completion of the precast structure seven point five percent
• On completion of the unit as certified by the architect two point five percent
